Without taking the seasons into consideration, your kids will be too hot or too cold, depending on the season.
Winter kid's clothing choices, of course, need to provide warmth. First order of business here is a good and cozy coat or jacket, depending on how cold it can get in your area. Summer requires the exact opposite when it comes to kid's clothing. Instead of heavy and warm kid's clothing, choose light and breathable clothes-obviously because of the warm weather. Spring, on the other hand, is a much tamer, more tolerable version of the summer season-and also a great time to explore the less season-specific kid's clothing pieces.
Of course, the season is not an excuse to dress up unfashionably. Many season-specific kid's clothing items imbibe that natural sense of creativity and playfulness that everyone should look for in clothes for kids. And, again, one should always consider the comfort level of the clothing. Ask yourself or the child: Is the piece of clothing providing enough protection from the harshness of the season?
